At Moose’s Cookhouse the secret to our classic BBQ Smokehouse items is TIME…  Our Pulled Pork Shoulders are trimmed, scored, and rubbed using our very own pork rub and left to marinate for a minimum of 24 hours. Our Pulled Pork is smoked for over 8 hours at a low heat, and then placed in the oven for 3 more hours to get it just right.
