With The Herd, every dollar you spend earns you points that can be redeemed for delicious rewards, exclusive discounts, and special perks. Whether you’re here for your favourite wings, a night out with friends, or to try something new, your loyalty will now come with even more to look forward to.

• Guests earn 1 point for every $1 spent on food and beverages (before tax and tip).
• Points are awarded on eligible purchases made in-house or ordered through us directly by placing your order with us at 705-472-8834.
• Points are credited to your account once your transaction is complete.

• Points can be redeemed for discounts at specific reward levels (e.g. 100 points = $3 off)
• Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash and must be applied to eligible purchases at Moose’s Cookhouse.
• Points cannot be redeemed to pay taxes, tips, or gift card purchases.
• Guests must be enrolled in The Herd and have an active account to redeem rewards.

• Membership in The Herd is free and open to individuals aged 16 and older.
• One account per guest. Points and rewards are non-transferable.
• Guests are responsible for ensuring their information is accurate in their account profile

• Points do not expire as long as your account remains active.
• Accounts with no activity (earning or redeeming) for 12 months may be closed, 
and unused points forfeited.

• Moose’s Cookhouse reserves the right to modify or discontinue The Herd at any time, with or without notice.
• Abuse of the program (fraudulent activity, misuse of accounts, etc.) may result in termination of membership and loss of points.
• Participation in The Herd indicates acceptance of these rules and any future updates.
