GROUPS & GATHERING FAQs

WHAT ROOMS DO YOU HAVE AVAILABLE?

We have two rooms available for larger group functions.

One is a private room which holds a group of 15 people comfortably. The “Muskoka” room is equipped with a T.V. that is easy to hook up to a lap top and includes a fireplace. It is great for meetings, fantasy sports pools, or a little get together with friends to watch the game.

The other is semi-private. “The Fireside” room, with all three tables separate, can fit 28 people comfortably. If you had a few more in your group, we can utilize the space beside it with three more tables that can seat 12 people and also provide the group with room to walk around and mingle.  That means this room can accommodate a maximum group size of 40 people.

HOW TO RESERVE A ROOM FOR A LARGER GROUP?

To enquire about a reservation you can call directly to the restaurant by calling (705) 472-8834 and ask to speak with Dianne Roy. WHAT ARE THE BUFFET OPTIONS?

We do offer a variety of buffet options that can be tailored to your specific event and would require a minimum of one week’s notice.

WILL DECORATIONS BE PROVIDED?

These rooms can be decorated ahead of time if you wish. Arrangements and questions concerning approved decorations can be answered when making the reservation.

CAN WE BRING IN A CAKE?

If you wish to bring in a cake for the special function, you are able to do so. We don’t provide cakes for large groups, but do offer a dessert menu for individuals to order from.

WHAT IF WE ARE IN A HURRY?

IN A HURRY? All of our menu items are made by hand, fresh and to order. We do our very best to meet our guests expectations, but sometimes your help can help us.

It is HIGHLY recommended to use the PRE-ORDER option if you know you are coming. Here's how to do it…

  1. Print off a copy of the Menu, available on our Monthly Lunch menu or Dinner menu web page, or e-mail it to everyone in the group that will be attending.
  2. When you have all decided on what you are having, call and speak to Dianne and let her know you are calling in a pre-order.
  3. We will need the name of the reservation, the confirmed number of people arriving, the time you will be arriving, what everyone will have to drink, and what they will be eating that day.
  4. When you order from the Monthly Lunch Menu your beverage is included in the price. To make it even easier here are your beverage options: Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, 7 up, Ice Tea, Mountain Dew, Dr Pepper, Root Beer, Orange, Ginger Ale, Water, Coffee or Tea
